Business - General Transfer
Pursue an Associate of Science (AS) in Business and acquire an overview of fundamental business practices, how businesses function and operate, and the influencing factors in decision making. This AS degree is available 100% online or on campus and can be transferred to a four-year university.
As you progress through the general business program, you'll be able to confidently develop a business plan, identify and analyze innovative business opportunities, and pitch new concepts to customers and investors.
Many general business courses will transfer to a four-year institution but some do not. Be sure to plan your course schedule with your academic advisor.
By transferring your AS degree in business and pursuing a bachelor's degree in a specific
business discipline, you may find employment opportunities as an accountant, database
administrator, financial analyst, human resource specialist, market research analyst,
loan officer, risk manager and many others.

Accreditation
NWACC's Business and Computer Information Systems (except CAD) programs are accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs. The programs gained initial accreditation in 2014 and continue to maintain the highest standards of academic excellence.
