How do I log in to [PaperCut?]
Launch PaperCut enter your Network/My NWACC Connection username and passowrd.

My NWACC (my.NWACC.edu) is the NorthWest Arkansas Community College web portal that provides personalized access to web services. All registered students, faculty and staff have access to course information, group tools, campus life, email, and more -- anytime, anywhere.

How do I login to My NWACC?
Type my.NWACC.edu into your browser and login using your username and password. You can also go to the NWACC home page and click on the My NWACC Connection link.

What is my portal username and password?
Your username and password were issued when you first registered for classes at NWACC. You must know your current username and password. If you have not logged in before and/or have not yet set up your password recovery security questions, to retrieve your password students call 479-619-4376, faculty/staff call 479-619-4357.

Why am I being prompted to enter security questions?
Security questions are an integral part of NWACC's password recovery process. Once set, correctly answered security questions will allow you to reset your password online at any time.

When I log in and try to access Eaglenet, it is not signing in automatically. It prompts me to enter another username and password.
In some environments, for the single-sign-on feature to work you need to modify two(2) settings in the Temporary Internet Files and History then add https://my.nwacc.edu to your TRUSTED SITES.

Is my information secure?
Security for My NWACC is provided by Verisign, as evidenced by the key lock symbol in the lower right corner of every portal page.

Your personal information on My NWACC is protected through your username. Only by logging on with your username and password can your information be accessed. For this reason, it is very important that you do not share your username and password with anyone. For your protection, it is essential that you log out of My NWACC whenever you leave your computer so that your personal information is not exposed.

When is My NWACC available and how long is the time-out for inactivity?
The portal is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you forget to log out of My NWACC, the portal will automatically time out after 120 minutes of inactivity. This is a security feature that helps prevent others from gaining access to your private information (student records, financial information, your online coursework, etc.), particularly when you are using a public computer. Warning: This is not a substitute for logging out. The only way to absolutely ensure that your information remains secure is to LOG OUT before you leave the computer.
